I’m looking to use a helpdesk tool to handle support requests for my app and wondered if the community had any suggestions. I know there are tons of possible options out there (Zendesk, Zoho Desk, etc.), but I was curious what other Bubblers have used and how easy those tools were to integrate.
I’ve used Intercom a lot (little off the beaten path of traditional help desks), but have found it to be great. With it’s built-in help center, product tours (that are compatible with Bubble) and sending targeted messages based on messages, it’s proven to be a really great tool.
Would assume others would work just as well though!
