Datepicker value shows different dynamic text

Hi there. I am stuck, please help:

Left hand-side = input fields to save values to DB

Use Case:

  1. User entered values on the Right for 30.05
  2. User opens up the page, selects the datepicker on the right to 30.05
  3. User gets Values from Database for 30.05 vs. values for other dates

Question: how do you make the date picker and values on the right to work together?
