DB does not work after publishing

After I published the site, I found that all the DBs does not work.

I could not login, and all the dropbox choices which need to read DB wont work. How to solve this?

Did you have the data in development mode? Did you transfer the data between the versions?

Yes, the data is in development mode.
I did not specifically do the transfer. Will try it. Thank you.
