Deving on an iPad Pro

Sad sad day guys :sob:

I travel a lot so decided to get an iPad Pro with 4g to dev when I’m on the go, since I’ve made quick emergency changes from my phone browser I figured with an iPad and magic keyboard with trackpad it would be perfect!

Plot twist…it wasn’t perfect…for some reason even with zooming out and desktop version no browser on an iPad allows for easy editing on a tablet :sob:

Anyone tried something similar and have a solution?

Hi @chris.williamson1996

I have about an hour a day, to work from my Ipad, whiles I wait in the car to pick up my kids from school. I normally use the time to do some bug fixing, change workflows, content work, etc… I agree it works terrible and you can forget about using the Design TAB. I use the apple pencil and clicking in side the text box and adding conditionals is like playing the lottery. It will work 1 time out of 10. Bubble still has a lot to improve in this area.

I know your pain😂 With the magic keyboard with trackpad it actually should work the same as a laptop, unfortunately the responsiveness of bubble is what makes the process painful.

Not recently, but search the forums…

Also, you might consider a Google Pixelbook - a more versatile solution for the same or less cost. Plus, its keyboard has the best tactile response of anything I’ve tried, including any Apple products.
