hello can anyone help me and tell me if i did any mistake or something? becuz my form wouldnt save but it saves on other forms and not this and its the exact same workflow.
If you are trying to create a new ticket, you have the wrong step 1. Currently you are making a change to an existing ticket. You need to create a new one. There is a different option. Create new thing
After doing that, still the same. It won’t save neither make any changes.
