Inset elements between element?

Hi
Is there an easy way to insert a row of elements between existing elements on a page, and have the elements below it move down automatically?

[XXXXX]
ā† [Want to insert something here]
[XXXXX]

Right now I have to go and select all the elements, move them down manually, and then of course inevitable not move them down enough or moved them down too much and have to move them around again, which messes up alignment etc etc etc

Select the group
Use commands like cut/copy
Select the destination
Use command paste

It certainly makes things easier for me than dragging :+1:t2:
