Rules that use "This Employee's X's Y" can't grant search access right now

I wondered if anyone had good solutions to the issue mentioned. Is this something that may be changed in the future? The note in bubble seems to imply this might change sometime.

Hi there, @michaelc1… for what it’s worth, that is one of the first limitations that tripped me up when I started using the platform a few years ago, so I’m thinking it is not going to change in the near future. That being said, I’ve never had a problem getting around it by adding an additional field here and there, and I’m guessing that has been the experience for other folks, too, which is probably why it has never bubbled up (pun somewhat intended) on the roadmap.
