SendGrid Account Instantly Suspended After Submission – Has Anyone Resolved This?

Hey everyone,

I’m running into a frustrating issue with SendGrid, and I’m hoping someone here might have some advice or a similar experience to share.

Here’s what happens: I successfully register an account, but as soon as I submit my company name and website details, my account gets instantly suspended. Every time! No warnings, no clear explanation – just an email saying it’s due to their security measures .

Has anyone dealt with this before and managed to resolve it? I’m wondering if there’s something specific I’m missing or a way to avoid getting flagged. Also, if there are alternative platforms that are easier to work with, I’d love some recommendations!

Thanks a ton for your help – I really appreciate it!

Hey @giftskalegend

Good question. Are you registering a bubble domain or are you registering a custom domain that you have purchased?

Also, as another option, you can use Postmark. Much more reliable and easy to setup as well.

My usual second-ing of Postmark over Sendgrid.

Same thing happened to me… i found postmark to be much better.

Sorry to jump on the bandwagon, but get rid of SendGrid, it’s awful. Postmark is genuinely amazing, I’d go so far as to say one of the best software providers I’ve worked with in terms of quality, responsiveness and general ease of use.
