Instead of using the Bubble ‘Send email’ workflow or just adding your own API key, try Postmark instead. Sendgrid is constantly unreliable and I have never had an issue with Postmark.
Just look at the forum:
SendGrid doesn’t directly tell you when your emails get blocked, and any emails to Yahoo, Hotmail, and Live accounts will get deferred/delayed/not sent/blocked. This has nothing to do with Bubble, it is a general SendGrid problem. This happens because SendGrid’s IP for whatever reason has been blocked by various email services. I tested with several emails, in the test version and in the production version
It has stopped working on all my Bubble systems
Does anyone know if Bubble isn´t sending email today?
48 hours without email sending working. It is even affecting workflows restricted to Bubble, such as password recovery. And the only response I have received from support is that the engineers are working on it. In addition, for some time now, the platform has been experiencing daily and frequent instability. Confidence is quite shaken.

Today my app has stopped sending emails! The “send e-mail” function simply doesn’t send anything anymore! Anyone with this problem too?

Anyways, Postmark has been a reliable and inexpensive way to send emails for all of your apps with one subscription. I recommend it to all of my clients and it has been a huge help. Plenty of plugins if you don’t want to use the API Connector as well.
