I have kind of unique issue with Stripe customer portal.
I have purchased plugin from Cranford Tech (plugin)
I hired a coach.
But my problem remains unsolved:
When the user navigates to Stripe Customer Portal the options for altering and canceling plan, or list of invoices for some reason are not shown.
I have configured the portal and enabled options for switching plans as well as invoices.
It seems like a mismatch between version live and version test. Keep in mind that you have to create a portal for both your test mode and live mode in stripe. With your plugin, are you pinging your version test mode or your live mode?

i have configured all in test mode. Though i have live keys added to the plugin as well.

Share your screenshots of how you have it setup in Stripe. It will help us to check to see if itβs right for you. You got this! We can figure it out.
I would suggest deleting it and trying it again. Make sure to double check your keys. When deleting it, change the pricing. That will confirm if you are changing things in the right place or not.
Basically, try to do the Stripe connection again from scratch. You will probably fix it like that. There is probably some sort of disconnect going on. Wrong keys, wrong account, something like that. Or not pressing the save button.
