Hello,
On my page I have a table that contains 5 columns, the first column is a question that is in a text field and in the other columns the user needs to answer that question. Please i need to know how can Data be saved at the end and assigned to the question with a Workflow?. In the database, I need to see the question and in front of it the answers.
