Hello @kindlevega12,
Thank you for using our plugin, and we apologize for any inconvenience you’re experiencing.
It seems there’s an unexpected issue since, on our end, a similar setup is functioning correctly. Could you please use the Inspect tool to verify if the plugin is receiving data from the database? After doing this, try searching for something by typing in the input element and then inspect the plugin again. You should see the data reflected in the “Matches” state. Additionally, could you let me know if you’ve set any specific conditions for fetching data into the plugin element?
Regarding linking the input with the Fuzzy search plugin using IDs, it’s important to keep the “set text to match from an input box” option active. If you decide to uncheck this option, you’ll need to specify in the field above which input element’s value the plugin should use.
Also, @Nakita raised an issue about high Workload Unit (WU) consumption with this plugin. We’ve recently released an update that should significantly reduce the usage of units for users with high page traffic.
@Nakita If you are experiencing outrageous WU consumption, please check this forum thread where multiple people have complained about this issue, and contact bubble support about this behavior.
Have a wonderful day ![]()
