In order to display an image on a page, please be sure that the privacy settings of the uploaded file are set correspondingly, and the Private field is “No”.
Please check on your side and provide feedback if this information helped you. If the image is still not showing properly, please provide screenshots/screencast with more details of your setup. This will allow us to identify the issue faster.

As mentioned earlier, we have made a small bugfix that should solve the issue with retrieve file action.
Please upgrade the plugin to the latest version (1.50.0 - fixed an error in retrieve file action), refresh the application, and give it a try.

It looks like there is some problem with the ForEarch plugin, Bubble gives an error. How often can this happen?
If my users can’t upload videos for a while, this could be a serious problem…

The mentioned errors related to the fact that the default delay that is introduced on the Live Demo page for the “ForEach” element is too small for big-size files.
For your use case, if big-size videos are uploaded, you can change the delay time accordingly.

I confirm that uploading to folders is now working.
however, I found additional issues which still make the plugin unusable to me:
- If the prefix field is empty, the plugins adds the string “api_call_” to the beginning of all filenames.
expected behaviour is to not add any prefix string.
- if the filename already exists, the old file gets silently overwritten.
bad things happen when you silently overwrite files.
expected behaviour is to throw an error and let the user decide wether to cancel/overwrite/rename.
if not possible, a configurable option to overwrite or rename the file would work (i.e. add a “2” at the end)
Hi @mirco, thanks for reporting the issue with the “api_call_” prefix on files.
We’ve made a small change in this regard, and now it should work fine (no foreign prefix on filename).
Kindly note that no plugin update is needed for this case.

Guys, I am facing a very weird situation here…
Don’t know if it is a Wasabi, Bubble or a plugin issue, so I will try to describe it in order to get some guidance…
I am retrieving files from a Wasabi folder thru my workflow and showing them in a repeating group. Everything works perfectly. I also inserted a button “x” to remove the file from Wasabi using the action to “Delete file from Wasabi”. When I click to remove the file, the action works. I refresh my RP and that entry has disappears… Nice.
The problem (with an example):
I have a folder with 5 files.
When I load these files in my RG, I receive these exactly 5 files.
When I delete one file using my delete button and refresh the RG, it shows 4 files left…
When I delete one file using my delete button and refresh the RG, it shows 3 files left…
When I delete one file using my delete button and refresh the RG, it shows 2 files left…
When I delete one file using my delete button and refresh the RG, it shows 1 file left…
Now…
When I delete this last file using my delete button and refresh the RG, the RG shows that I still have this last file stored in my Wasabi folder. But the file was correctly removed from Wasabi. The folder is empty. But it seems to be impossible to “clear” the RG once it was previously filled with files from Wasabi.
Even if i keep “deleting” this last file using my button, the RG still shows it in the list…
No matter how much I click to delete it… It is impossible to clear the RG list.
Can you try to reproduce it? Please?
Hey guys honestly that doesn’t really help. I sent this in my email as well but here it is again: before purchasing I was told it’s possible to make a file management system to upload files, organize them into subfolders, and download them (like a dropbox file management system.) Your demo page and supporting documentation don’t say anything about those functions. So I’m going to need additional help with that, please

Hi @Appkit, I’m trying to use the Max File Size (not the total file size) functionality, but I’m not getting succeeded. I’ve setted the value to 5MB, but when I select an image bigger than 5MB, it still uploads. Also, when I try to show the Current Cell’s File size, it doesn’t return any value, it returns blank. I don’t know if I’m missing something important, but if you could help me. Thank You.
